Ranks and Responsibilities of the Fellowship of Gird Guildmembers
All guildmembers are responsible for adhering to the guild rules and for basic recruiting. Helping new members get into the swing of guild life and learn more about UO is also expected of all members above the rank of Recruit. **Note that all ranks are at the discretion of the guildmaster and guild council, who may determine that a guildmember, regardless of time in guild, participation, and skills, is or is not ready for a given rank. Other ranks and classifications may be considered upon appeal. The color that a guildmember wears is based on his/her rank. This is indicated by what color each rank is written in on this page. Recruit: A recruit is where everyone in the guild starts off, no matter what your skills are. After, the head of your class and the guild master examine your skills, and you have been active with the guild for 2 weeks, you will be considered for a promotion. After that you are eligible for a promotion every 2 weeks if you have the qualifying skills. All new guildmembers will start with 0 points at the rank of recruit. After spending two weeks as a recruit, members will declare a class and enter the ranks as the lowest rank in their class. Members will then earn 20 points for each month in the guild, 20 points for each grandmaster level skill, 10 points for each master level skill, and 5 points for each verified participation in a guild event (such as meetings and guild hunts).
